Eliza and Laurent are the creators of Light on Yoga project.

After several years of practice with different teachers around the world, meeting Mohit, the founder of Brahma Yoga School, in India, marked a turning point in our life.

The wish to transmit the teachings we received became an evidence. We decided to deepen our study and practice in order to become certified yoga teachers.

Our purpose is to share the knowledge passed to us and inspire others walking their first steps on the path of Yoga.
